Latina Approved is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and marketing campaigns within the Latinx culture. The primary responsibilities of this role include, maintaining calendars, developing, and executing content strategies, and managing email communications. We are looking for someone who is eager and hungry to work and contribute to the growth of a Latina-Owned company. This individual will gain hands on experience during a very exciting time!

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills
• Highly Experienced with Instagram Reels and TikTok, staying up to date on trends
• Experience with graphic design desired, but not required
• Fast learner, and proactive
• Good communication skills, verbally and via email
• Experienced with Gmail and PowerPoint
• Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Understand and demonstrate integrity, respect, and the ability to develop positive relationships

Responsibilities

Our Marketing Assistant will have the opportunity to be hands on with Latina Approved projects including, but not limited to: marketing campaigns and content partnerships

Beyond that, the Marketing Assistant will work directly with the owners/content creators of Latina Approved and perform a variety of functions in a fast-paced startup environment

Update and maintain calendars and scheduling meetings

Supporting content creation activities by staying up to date on IG Reels and TikTok trends and utilizing that data to create a content calendar and present this in content strategy meetings

Assist with the creative development of marketing materials, ad copy, website assets, and other marketing assets

Copywrite for social media captions, digital ads, and website blogs
